Landlord Services Include:
– Helping you market your rental effectively & efficiently. We want to price it right and get it rented as quickly as possible to qualified tenants.
– Listing your rental on the ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services)
– Listing your rental on other websites like Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist.
– Adding a lockbox to your rental so other Realtor’s can show their qualified clients.
– Vetting applicants by using the AAR Application & TransUnion Background & Credit checks to qualify applicants.
* 3x your rent as a monthly income
* Credit Score above 640
* Job for 3 months or greater
* No prior evictions or judgements
* Maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom

The only fee is 7% of the gross lease. 3.5% to me & 3.5% offered to the renter’s agent. (Although I try hard to obtain the renter myself!)

I can refer you to a couple of different local property management companies if you want ongoing management services. At this time, I cannot manage properties.
